Straight answers about AI phone agents, website projects, pricing and how we work with businesses across the United States.

About Transcensa

What areas do you serve?

Transcensa is US-based in Clearwater, Florida and works with businesses across all 50 states. Projects run remotely over video calls, email and shared documents.

What does Transcensa do?

We build two things for small and mid-sized US businesses: custom websites that turn visitors into customers, and AI phone agents that answer your calls during the day, after hours, or both. Supporting automation work — chat agents, lead capture, CRM and email workflows — is available alongside either service.

How do I get started?

Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll walk through what you have today, where calls or leads are being lost, and what a first project would cost and take. There's no obligation and no sales script.

How experienced is the team with AI?

Transcensa has been building with AI tooling for over two years, across voice agents, chat agents and workflow automation, and pairs that with hands-on web development.

AI phone agents

What is an AI phone agent?

An AI phone agent is software that answers your business phone line, holds a natural spoken conversation with the caller, and completes a task — answering questions, taking a message, qualifying a lead, or booking an appointment. It uses speech recognition to hear the caller, a language model to decide what to say, and a synthetic voice to reply, so callers reach a helpful voice instead of voicemail.

How does an after-hours AI answering service work?

Calls that arrive outside your business hours are forwarded to the AI agent. It greets the caller with your business name, answers common questions, captures the caller's name, number and reason for calling, and can book a callback slot. You get a written summary of every call, so your team starts the next morning with the details already in hand.

Can an AI phone agent book appointments?

Yes. The agent can be connected to your calendar or scheduling tool so it offers real open slots, confirms the booking on the call, and sends a confirmation to the customer. Most of the time we schedule directly into the calendar and software system you already use, so you don't have to switch tools. (We'll confirm this on the discovery call.)

Will callers know they are talking to AI?

If state law requires it yes, otherwise we leave it up to you as the business owner. If the caller asks: "Are you a robot?", "Are you an answering service?" or "Are you an AI?" then yes, we will disclose it. Callers can ask to be transferred or to leave a message for a person at that point.

How much does an AI phone agent cost?

After-hours coverage starts at a $999 one-time buildout plus $499 a month, which includes up to 150 calls or 300 minutes. Full-day coverage starts at $999 to build plus $699 a month for up to 300 calls or 600 minutes. Plans with lead qualification, appointment booking and advanced routing run from $649 to $1,099 a month depending on coverage and call volume.

What happens if the AI can't answer a question?

The agent follows an escalation path you define: transfer the call to a person, take a detailed message, or schedule a callback. It never guesses at answers it hasn't been given.

Website design & development

How much does website design and development cost?

A five-page custom website starts at $499.99 with delivery in 5–7 business days. A 72-hour turnaround is $599.99 and a 24-hour build is $799.99. Ongoing plans start at $29.99 a month for hosting, or $79.99 a month for Care, which includes monthly edits and maintenance. Extra pages, copywriting and integrations are quoted on top.

How long does a new website take?

A focused marketing site typically goes from kickoff to launch in 7 business days, assuming content and brand assets are ready. Larger builds with custom functionality could take longer and are scoped up front.

Do you redesign existing websites?

Yes. We regularly rebuild dated or slow sites, keeping the content and URLs that already perform in search and improving speed, mobile layout, and conversion paths. (this does require your login credentials)

Is SEO included?

Technical SEO is part of every build: clean page structure, unique titles and descriptions, structured data, fast loading, mobile-first layout, and a sitemap. Ongoing content and link work is a separate engagement.

Who owns the website when it's finished?

You do. You own the domain, the content and the code, and we can hand over full access at launch or we can manage your site for as long as you want.
